Rental Policy

TERMS OF SERVICE 

  • By placing an order with LIT LED Solutions  you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

DEPOSITS FOR RENTALS

We require a 50% non- refundable deposit upfront for all special events .Once this deposit is received , your date and products  will be secured. The remaining balance for your rental is  due 48 hours prior to your special event. If you are ordering with less than 1 week notice , full payment is required upon booking . Your order is only confirmed once payment is received. If payment is not made by the agreement dates, we have a right to cancel the order .The deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable .

Refunds 

Lit LED Solutions does not offer refunds. If you place an order online and wish to cancel a credit will be applied to your account for your next order with us . 

For rental services if full payment is made and you cancel 7 days prior to your event ,you will be refunded 50% but your deposit will be retained.

If your event has been postponed we will transfer your order and payment to your new date, subjected to availability.

CANCELLATIONS  FOR RENTALS 

If you place an order  online and wish to cancel your order a store credit will be issued to you towards your next order. For rental services  and special event orders cancellations should be made within 24 hours of ordering. If full payment is made and you cancel 7 days prior to your event ,you will be refunded 50% but your deposit will be retained. If your event has been postponed we will transfer your order and payment to your new date, subjected to availability.
